About us
We are small family company located in Czech republic. Our company is represented by me - Lukáš Trnka. I take full personal responsibility for the quality of products, compliance with deadlines, discretion and friendly but professional (manufacturer)supplier-customer relations.
We are manufacturer and supplier of laser cut and laser engraved products. We offer custom laser cutting and engraving based on your designs or requests or we can offer already made products from our product portfolio. Our production is located only in Czech republic but we export to Europe, USA, South Korea, Japan and more. Our products are made on professional machines and by qualified staff.
We focus on production starting from only 100 pieces and can handle even hundreds of thousands of pieces. Any production is welcomed!
- Co2 laser engraving (in addition to laser-cut materials, slate, stone, glass and others)
- Printing of all possible materials with a CMYK + WW UV printer
All the wood we use is from Europe and is PEFC and FSC® certified. Most of the production is made of plywood and we have quality suppliers for premium poplar, birch and beech plywood. But we also process plastics, rubber, felt, foam, cardboard, veneer, cardboard and other natural materials. We have resources for any laserable materials. It is worth mentioning the possibility to burn acrylic certified for contact with food.
We have beech, poplar and birch plywood, including laser cutting and laser engraving as well as UV printing laboratory tested and properly certified according to European harmonized standards, so we are able to produce products suitable for children from 3 years old, which will bear the CE mark (CE 3+). The products in this combination meet the requirements of toy safety standards, specifically EN 71, i.e. EN 71-1, EN 71-2, EN 71-3.
