Metal processing
Complete metal processing under one roof.
From laser cutting and CNC machining to welding, bending, drilling, surface finishing and final assembly — one reliable manufacturing partner for your entire production chain. We work with industrial companies, engineering offices, workshops and individual clients.

Full metal processing technology in one place
We cover the entire production workflow — from the first cut to finished product dispatch. Every service is available individually or as part of a complete manufacturing package tailored to your project.
Laser cutting
Precise fiber laser cutting for sheet metal and structural parts. Ideal for serial production, complex 2D profiles and tight-tolerance blanks.
- Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and more.
- Material thickness from 0.5 mm up to heavy structural plate.
- Accepts DXF, DWG, STEP and PDF production files.
CNC machining
3-axis and multi-axis CNC milling and turning of precision parts from technical drawings or 3D models. Suitable for prototypes and serial production runs.
- Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics and engineering materials.
- Tolerances per drawing; dimensional inspection available.
- Short lead times for both single parts and batch orders.
Welding
Professional welding of structural assemblies and fine components. Certified welders for MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding processes.
- Steel structures, stainless steel parts, aluminium welding.
- Welding from drawings, samples or client specifications.
- Suitable for prototypes, small and medium production runs.
Bending
Accurate sheet metal bending on a CNC press brake. Production of enclosures, frames, brackets and formed parts with repeatable precision.
- Bending from DXF files or technical drawings.
- Material thickness from 0.5 mm up to heavy structural sheet.
- Can be combined with laser cutting in one workflow.
Drilling & tapping
Precision hole drilling and thread cutting — as a standalone operation or as part of a complete machining workflow following laser cutting or CNC milling.
- Metric threads M2–M64 and imperial threads on request.
- Precision drilling to tolerance per drawing.
- Available for batch processing within a production series.
Surface finishing
Protection and aesthetic treatment of metal parts after processing. We provide or arrange a full range of surface finishes for any application or industry requirement.
- Powder coating, wet painting, hot-dip galvanising.
- Pickling, grinding, brushing and polishing.
- Electroplating, aluminium anodising, phosphating.

Assembly, quality control and dispatch
Manufacturing does not end at the last cut. We handle complete post-production — component assembly, quality inspection, packaging and shipment preparation. Every product leaves our facility as a finished, inspected unit ready for use or direct delivery to your customer.
Assembly & product completion
We assemble individual parts into finished units according to assembly drawings or reference samples. Mechanical fastening, press-fit components and multi-material assemblies are all supported.
- Bolted, riveted and press-fit mechanical assemblies.
- Multi-technology assemblies combining laser, CNC and bent parts.
- Integration of purchased components — bearings, handles, hinges and more.
Quality control & shipping
Every production run goes through outgoing dimensional and visual inspection. Parts are packed to arrive at their destination without damage, whether to your warehouse or directly to your end customer.
- Visual and dimensional inspection per drawing requirements.
- Protective packaging, palletising or custom client packaging.
- Direct dispatch to your customer, warehouse or distribution point.

Metals we work with
We process a wide range of metal materials. If you have specific material or certification requirements, contact us — we are happy to advise on the most suitable approach for your project.
Structural steel
S235, S355 and similar grades for load-bearing parts, frames and welded structural assemblies.
Stainless steel
AISI 304, 316 and equivalents — for food industry, chemical applications and exterior use.
Aluminium
EN AW-6082, 5754 and other alloys for lightweight structures, enclosures and precision parts.
Non-ferrous metals
Copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals for electrical, decorative and specialist applications.

From enquiry to finished product
Just send us your technical drawing or describe what you need. We handle the rest — recommending the right process, providing a quote and confirming the timeline.
Send your enquiry
Share a drawing, 3D model or a plain description of the part. We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF and sketches.
Receive a quote
We prepare the manufacturing process, price calculation and estimated lead time for your project.
Approve and produce
Production starts after quote approval. For prototypes, first-article inspection is available before series run.
Delivery
Finished and inspected parts are packed and dispatched or prepared for collection at our facility.

Questions clients most often ask
Answers to the most common questions before starting a first order or ongoing cooperation.
What files do you need for a quote?
Ideally a technical drawing (DXF, DWG, PDF) or a 3D model (STEP, IGES). If you do not have a drawing yet, describe the part in words or send a photo — we will help you define the requirements.
Do you produce prototypes and small-batch parts?
Yes. We handle orders from a single piece through prototype series to repeat serial production. Every order is assessed individually.
What are the typical lead times?
It depends on complexity and volume. Simple laser-cut blanks are typically ready within 3–5 working days. More complex jobs with surface finishing and assembly are quoted with a specific timeline.
Do you provide surface finishing?
Yes. Powder coating, wet painting, pickling, grinding and other treatments are available either in-house or through verified subcontractors. You receive the finished part as a complete unit.
Can you handle assembly and product completion?
Yes. We offer full post-production — component assembly, outgoing inspection, packaging and dispatch. No need to coordinate multiple suppliers.
Do you work with international customers?
Yes. We communicate in Czech, Slovak and English. Shipping across Europe is available through courier and freight services.
