Even as a small family company, we are trying our best to be socialy and enviromentaly responsible. We believe that even the small steps are important and this is what we focus on:
- Running approved and periodicaly controled facility
- Periodical laboratory testing of selected materials and procesess and their certification
- Avoiding plastic packaging
- Using recycled or used packaging materials if not requested otherwise
- Offering occasional jobs, part time jobs, extra incomes to single mothers in our area or people with disabilities as a job from the comfort of their home
- Minimizing waste materials, filling empty spaces with products that we donate to kindergardens, ecological disposal of the rest of unused materials (paid service)

EN 71 / CE 3+ material safety
Products manufactured for children and toy applications require materials that comply with EN 71 — the European safety standard for toys. CE 3+ certification means the materials we use have been tested and verified as safe for children's products sold in the European market.

Laser cutting offers a material efficiency advantage that traditional cutting, milling or stamping methods cannot match. A laser cutting kerf (the width of material removed during cutting) is typically less than 0.5 mm — far narrower than a saw blade or milling cutter. This means significantly more usable parts per sheet of material and less offcut waste going to disposal.

Do you supply FSC® certified wood products?
Yes. We source FSC® certified plywood and wood materials for production. Chain of custody documentation is available on request for clients who need it for retail compliance or marketing purposes.
What is the difference between FSC® and PEFC certification?
Both FSC® and PEFC are internationally recognised forest certification systems that verify responsible forest management. FSC® is more commonly required by North American and UK retailers, while PEFC is the leading framework in continental Europe. We work with materials covered by both systems.
Are your materials safe for children's products?
Yes. Materials used for toy and children's product manufacturing in our facility comply with EN 71 European toy safety standards and carry CE 3+ certification — which is required for selling children's products in the European market.
Can you provide documentation for retail compliance?
Yes. We can provide material certification documents, chain of custody records and safety compliance documentation to support your retail buyer submissions or internal compliance processes.
Where do your wood materials come from?
We primarily source plywood and wood materials from European suppliers — including birch, poplar and beech plywood of European origin. This supports both material quality consistency and a shorter, more transparent supply chain compared to Asian-sourced materials.
Is laser cutting environmentally friendly?
Laser cutting has several environmental advantages over traditional manufacturing: minimal material waste due to narrow kerf, no chemical cutting fluids, software-optimised material nesting and no tooling waste. Our facility also uses filtered fume extraction to manage airborne particles from the cutting process.
Do you manufacture everything in-house?
Yes. All laser cutting, engraving and UV printing takes place in our own production facility in the Czech Republic. We do not subcontract core production to third-party manufacturers, which means you have full visibility and traceability of where and how your products are made.
